Overnight and Shadows
The overnight host program is a great opportunity to show prospective students the academic and social atmosphere of the University of Hartford!
The overnight program will be held from November to April. We ask that all students interested in the overnight program to schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance. All necessary paperwork must be completed and returned to the Office of Admission no later than two days before your scheduled visit.
What to Expect
As an overnight guest, you will be able to visit a class, take a tour of campus, eat in the university dining facilities, and meet current students. To participate in the fall semester (November-December), prospective students have to have applied to the University of Hartford. In the Spring (January-April), participants must be accepted students. Overnights are held Monday-Thursday nights. Students generally arrive at 6p.m. and stay until between noon and 1:30 p.m. the following day.
The Shadow Program runs from February to April on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Students who would like to sign oup for the Shadow Program must be accepted students. During your visit, you will attend a class and eat lunch with your host student.
