Biography

Elizabeth Petry, AIA is an Associate Professor of Architecture at the University of Hartford.  Her experience in the profession focused primarily on healthcare, housing, and education.  Petry was the Director of Education for the nationally award winning Architecture Resource Center of Connecticut. 

Petry holds a baccalaureate degree and professional degree Master of Architecture, from the University of Illinois, Champaign – Urbana.  In addition to her Architect Licensure, she is licensed in Connecticut as an Interior Designer and Real Estate Salesperson.  Professor Petry and her husband Bob also an architect, have raised their three sons in West Hartford, where she is active in her community.
