Robert Nana is the Course Coordinator for M 110: Modeling with Elementary Functions, and a Student Teaching Advisor.

His dissertation research involves exploring how representations help to shape students’ understanding of fraction multiplication and division, especially as they collaborate in small groups to solve problems. He is also currently involved in another research project examining how the use of technology and active learning strategies, as well as a flipping pedagogy help to support student engagement in an undergraduate mathematics classroom.
