In addition to enhancements within Hartt community programs, advising, and academic operations, Noah has built meaningful relationships across campus, the greater Hartford community, and beyond. He brings a high level of administrative and artistic leadership experience to his work at The Hartt School, promoting business, programmatic, and educational interests while overseeing Hartt Admission, the Academic Support Services team, and Community Programs.

In addition to his work at Hartt, Noah is the artistic director of Greater New Haven Community Chorus, and has spearheaded a renaissance in that organization’s activity. He is responsible for the commissioning and performance of nearly 30 new works in the choral and orchestral genres.
