MED 620 Research and Writing

The preparation and presentation of music education research. A study of writing mechanics and style as it relates to the scholarly research article, the research proposal, and the thesis/dissertation. Also examined are less formal styles of periodical writing and public speaking. Application of computer-assisted research methods and document preparation will be discussed. (Course Fee listed is for matriculated graduate music education students.) Prerequisite(s): Graduate standing.
