WHY DO YOU ENJOY TEACHING STUDENTS IN HILLYER?

I did not reach my full academic potential until later, and so I am honored and excited to participate in this awakening process with my students. I am passionate about the power inherent in language to affect and transform our experiences. There is no greater gratification for me when students catch fire with this power by reading more deeply and writing more effectively.
