For the second year in a row, the University of Hartford is partnering with Easy Pickin's Orchard in Enfield, CT for a Community Supported Agriculture program. This program allows for employees to purchase a "share" of the farm's in-season harvest of freshly picked fruits and vegetables. On a weekly basis, a selection is picked, packed, and delivered right here to campus for members to take home and enjoy!
Memberships are closed for the remainder of the 2015 season, but current members have shared tried-and-true recipes, which are displayed below for all to enjoy!
These recipes will highlight different vegetables that are in the farm share boxes each week.
