The International Center strongly encourages students to participate in a wide variety of study abroad programs administered through the University of Hartford. Most of your financial aid is available for study abroad as long as you are on an approved program.
A reminder to all Winter & Spring 2018 Study Abroad Students: The deadline to apply for the University of Hartford Robert and Gladys Dunn Scholarship and the Domenica Di Matteo Scholarship is November 15th. Submitting one essay makes you eligible for both scholarships.
Did you know studying abroad through an approved University of Hartford program counts as a High Impact Practice (HIP)? Students are required to engage in a number of HIPS throughout their college career, which are designed to deepen learning and promote engagement.

There are scholarships are available from outside parties in addition to those offered through UHart and our program providers. Some scholarships require you to complete an essay while others involve simply submitting your name. Make sure to check the sites regularly as the offerings can change frequently.
