After submitting the Special Events Toolkit & Operations Plan, the Event Services Committee will review the Operations Plan. The Sponsoring Organization will be invited to attend a upcoming ESC Meeting to discuss their events, answer any questions that the committee may have and ask any questions. The ESC Meetings take place every Tuesday, at 12 pm in GSU Room 218.
Below are agendas and minutes from recent ESC meetings with hyperlinks to Operations Plans of events reviewed attached. Minutes from these meetings are kept on this site for one month after their review date and are then archived off the University's server.
