Hillyer College Associate Professor of English Joyce Ashuntantang Co-Edits Two New Books

Hillyer College Associate Professor of English Joyce Ashuntantang recently co-edited two books that were published this month. 

Bearing Witness. Poems from a Land in Turmoil, is a collection of poetry that is in response to the devastating Anglophone Crisis/Ambazonian Conflict in Cameroon that has killed thousands and displaced over half a million people and left hundreds of communities in ruins. The book includes more than 100 poems by 73 poets. 

The Routledge Handbook of Minority Discourses in African Literature, provides a critical overview of literature dealing with groups of people or regions that suffer marginalization within Africa.
