A MESSAGE FROM THE UNIVERSTY COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE TO ALL FACULTY AND STAFF:

We ask for your continued assistance and support in cultivating an environment consistent with the University of Hartford’s core values and free from sexual violence and other sexual misconduct. We encourage you to take the time to become more familiar with your responsibilities relative to Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act.

To learn more about faculty and staff members’ important role in this continuing effort, available on- and off-campus resources, the University’s non-discrimination policies, our campus crime reporting efforts in support of the Clery Act, and other vital information, please visit and bookmark the University’s Title IX webpage, “Title IX Sexual Harassment” and “Community Standards Sexual Misconduct” Policy and Procedures, Clery Act reporting, and Employee Assistance Program webpage.

And, as a reminder, all faculty, staff, and employees have a duty to report and are required to immediately report all allegations of sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking, and sexual misconduct—even when the reporter requests confidentiality—to any of the following personnel listed below:
