Week 6 - Weekly COVID Reminders

September 21, 2020
Submitted By: Jen Conley

As school is now in full swing, we understand this may be a taxing time for many faculty and staff working diligently to provide for their students. Working under pressure and facing continued stressors outside of the workplace can have a significant impact on our mental health.

Given the particular nuances that comes with school and a pandemic, we would like to remind our regular full time and part time faculty and staff of the availability of the EAP benefit. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we have temporarily extended the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) coverage with The Lexington Group from six to eight counseling sessions. We are especially mindful that as we come together to confront the challenges placed upon us by COVID-19, the health and safety of our employees is paramount. The Lexington Group is available 24/7 for help with any personal problem.

You can contact The Lexington Group for counseling relating to depression, and/or stress surrounding the current pandemic.
