CelebrateMental Health Awareness Month with Mental Health Connecticut (MHC)

During this year’s Mental Health Month, MHC is encouraging us to build personalized self-care toolkits by getting educated about the importance of self-care, where to go to receive help, and the variety of methods to improve our overall health and wellness. Through sharing this information publicly, MHC hopes to encourage self-care activities while connecting you to each other, to services, and to resources that you can have on hand in case you need them in the future for themselves or for someone you know. The entire UHart community is invited to join in the celebration.
