Dialogue for Direction Reminder

As a reminder, Dialogue for Direction forms were due on June 4, 2021. If you have not already submitted these to HRD, please do so at your earliest convenience. Forms are available online and can be downloaded (in both pdf and word documents) from the Forms page on the HRD website.

New this year, as part of PeopleAdmin (our Applicant Tracking and Employee Management system), all employees can access and view their current job description on file with HRD.  Reviewing your job description as part of the dialogue for direction process helps to formulate goals for the next year and ensure the job description on file is accurate. If, as part of the process, the job description needs to be updated the supervisor should work with HRD to discuss any necessary changes.

In this portal, supervisors will have access to their own job descriptions as well as all employees who report to them. Deans, Directors, Department Heads as well as Vice Presidents will have access to all employee job descriptions within their units.

Attached below are instructions on accessing your individual job description.
