FY21 Deadline for Accounts Payable

As the end of the fiscal year is quickly approaching, it is important that all FY21 invoices (POs, Order for Checks, TEVs, IDTs, etc) are received by Financial Accounting/Accounts Payable by Friday, July 9.  This includes payment for any goods or services that were received by June 30, 2021. We understand there may be some invoices that may come in after this date, it is important that you let us know ASAP so that we can record the expenses correctly according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.   

Invoices (POs, TEVs, OFC) should be sent to Accounts Payable acctspay@hartford.edu, IDTs should be sent to Financial Accounting finacctng@hartford.edu
