Photoshoot Offered for Faculty and Staff Headshots

Photoshoots are taking place  this week to provide faculty and staff an opportunity to get a professional headshot photo taken for the directory and profile pages on the University's website. The original dates of Aug. 10 and Aug. 11 have filled but we are pleased to offer an additional date of Thursday, Aug. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

When:

  • Tuesday, Aug. 10, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (AT CAPACITY)
  • Wednesday, Aug. 11, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. (AT CAPACITY)
  • Thursday, Aug. 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Second floor of the Mortensen Library, in the balcony

Questions?

  • What if I can’t make it?
    • Don’t worry, we will schedule more of these in the future.
    • With fewer people on campus, and as health guidelines shift, we realize this timing won't work for everyone.
  • What should I wear?
    • We recommend professional attire.
    • You will be asked to remove your mask for the photo; the photographer and organizing staff will observe all safety protocols.
  • How long does it take? 
    • It takes about 5–10 minutes.
  • I got my headshot taken before, but… can I get another one?
    • Of course! we want everyone to feel their best about their representation.
