Updates to 25Live, Summer Refreshers and New User Webinars

Are you ready to have in-person events again on campus?

New User training sessions will begin again on Friday, Aug. 20. Please visit the 25Live Website for more information on how to become an active user.

25Live is the only approved event management system used by the University of Hartford to reserve space and add events to one or more UHart web calendars. It should be your central source to view event information and help coordinate all your event needs.

Departments with campus spaces that have been using third party software such Outlook or Google Calendars to reserve campus spaces should contact 25LiveADM@hartford.edu to arrange a time to set up your locations in 25Live. The third party software mentioned above cannot request our campus services such as ARAMARK Catering, ARAMARK Facilities, and Public Safety.

Here are some recent updates to 25Live.

  • Public Safety is now receiving notification of all open to the public events, which will help staff at the Main Entrance Welcome Center guide patrons and visitors on to campus.
  • There is a new simplified homepage dashboard to allow for a more friendly user experience. To add more widgets, with more advanced functions, you may customize your dashboard to drag and drop the widgets to your home dashboard.
  • Users may now cancel their events via the Request Cancellation button on the Event Details Page and users may also attach documents about their event on their event requests.
  • 25Live is your one stop shop to request services such as ARAMARK Catering, ARAMARK Facilities, and Public Safety through the Event Form for your event.  Additional business practices may be applicable.
  • Many campus spaces now require advanced lead time to request and schedule an event. The Event Form will warn Users about the advanced lead time.

There will be two Summer Refresher Webinars for previous users of 25Live. They will be held on Aug. 10 and again on Aug. 12, both at 1 p.m. You can register for these events by clicking on the links below:
