Wellness Wednesday: Support Our Runners

Join us, as we support UHart at the Hartford Marathon Event: Looking for Runners and Volunteers

Water Station: Volunteers will setup water station, distribute water to athletes and then clean up water station

Time:  7 a.m.-11 a.m.

 Registration Directions:

  1. Follow link and you will need to create an Account for yourself.
  2. After you Create Account continue to the Dashboard and select My Profile on the Left hand side of the screen.
  3. After completing my Profile click on the “Save” button in the bottom Left hand corner of the page. (Make sure to complete all required information.)
  4. Then, select “Events” from the left side of the screen.
  5. “Eversource Hartford Marathon: Water Stations”.   Click on “View Event”.
  1. Select and complete “HMF Waiver” from the center Right side of screen.
  2. Then, select “Apply Now” from the center Right side of the screen and volunteer opportunities will appear. You may “Select” an activity on the Right hand side of the screen. 
  3. Select: “Water Station #6 – University of Hartford”.  Then Click on “Apply” in the top Right corner.

 

East Hartford Course Monitors: SPLIT at Main and Pitkin. Volunteers will direct and cheer runners through the race “split” (Marathoners go in one direction and Half Marathoners go in a different direction.)

Time:  7:15 a.m.-11 a.m.

Select “East Hartford Course Monitors - SPLIT at Main and Pitkin – 7:15 a.m.-11 a.m.”.  Then Click on “Apply” in the top Right corner.
