Second Flu Vaccine Clinic for Faculty and Staff
Due to overwhelming demand, Human Resources Development is pleased to announce a second flu shot clinic for any regular full-time or part-time faculty or staff member, regardless of whether or not you are enrolled in the University of Hartford’s group medical insurance. Complimentary seasonal flu vaccine details are below:
CVS Flu Shot Clinic
Date: Tuesday, Oct. 19, 2021
Time: 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Location: GSU 335/339
The vaccine will be offered only to those employees (spouses are not eligible) that register on a first come, first served basis.

Registration must be completed no later than Oct. 18, 2021. Once registered, you will not be able to edit your scheduled time. Appointments fill up quickly, so please ensure that you make every effort to keep your appointment as we only order a limited supply of vaccines. *Please note that this vaccine is NOT eggless.
In order to keep everyone’s safety and social distancing requirements in mind, please note the following guidelines on the day of your appointment:
- You will be REQUIRED to wear a mask at all times
- There will be no waiting area in order to adhere to appropriate distancing requirements
- Please do not show up for your appointment early
- There will be no exceptions for missed and/or late appointments
