Trick Your Body with These Healthy Treats:

  1. Use applesauce as a replacement for eggs, butter, or oil in your baking recipes 
  2. Substitute dark chocolate for milk chocolate 
  3. Instead of grabbing a bag of chips, grab a handful of popcorn or nuts 
  4. Replace tiny candies with dates and yogurt covered raisins
