Fall Commencement Participants: Respond by Nov. 19

Students who will be participating in Fall Commencement ceremonies on Sunday, Dec. 5, must confirm attendance and submit requests for up to two guest tickets by Friday, Nov. 19.

The Dec. 5 ceremonies will take place in Lincoln Theater on the University of Hartford campus. There will be two ceremonies—one for master’s and doctoral degree recipients at 10:30 a.m. and the undergraduate ceremony at 2:30 p.m.

Participating students need to complete the Fall Commencement Response Form by Friday, Nov. 19. Students eligible to attend Fall Commencement may opt instead to participate in UHart's May 15 Commencement at the XL Center in downtown Hartford.

Following is important health and safety information related to our Dec. 5 ceremonies for graduates and guests:

All guests and September degree recipients will need to show proof upon entry on Dec. 5 that they are fully vaccinated (proof of a negative test within 72 hours will also be accepted) and complete the LiveSafe health screening prior to arriving on campus. Masks will be required inside Lincoln Theater, Konover Campus Center, and all indoor spaces on campus.

For those ticketed guests who cannot enter Lincoln Theater due to lack of documentation, or choose not to for their personal comfort, a simulcast viewing area will be available in the adjacent Konover Campus Center. This area will only be open to ticketed guests.
