Hillyer College Dean David Goldenberg to Present Online Talk for One Day University Dec. 22

Hillyer College Dean David Goldenberg is presenting a talk titled, Brown vs Board of Education: The Supreme Court Decision That Changed America on Wednesday, Dec. 22, at 4 p.m. as part of One Day University’s virtual program offerings. His presentation will discuss the events that led to the 1950s Landmark ruling by the Supreme Court that decided U.S. state laws establishing racial segregation in public schools was unconstitutional. The talk also includes a Q&A with attendees at the conclusion of the presentation.

One Day University invited Goldenberg to participate due to the numerous books and articles he has written about education law, and his expertise in teaching law in higher education. The organization offers virtual, and in-person talks and lectures from top professors from across the country.
