ITS Helpdesk & ID Office Temporarily Shortening Hours

As final exams end, the ITS Helpdesk will be pivoting to a more traditional operating schedule until early next year. Starting Wednesday, Dec. 15, both the Helpdesk and ID Office will be available from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. You can always call 860-768-4357 or email helpdesk@hartford.edu to open a ticket, and if these messages are received after business hours you can expect a reply the next morning. 

The Helpdesk and ID Office will return to their normal schedule, open until 10 p.m., beginning Monday, Jan. 10.
