Hawks in Motion: Free Exercise Program for Folks with Physical Disability

Dr Mary Gannotti and her physical therapy students will be offering a twice a week 1 hour exercise program as part of a research project to individuals in the local community who have challenges with movement as a result of a NEUROLOGIC condition such as cerebral palsy, stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or other conditions impacting the nervous system. 

The program will be held in the state of the art exercise physiology lab at the Hursey Center which is equipped with treadmills, weights, unweighting treadmills, and mat tables.

The sessions will be held from 5:30 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. Monday and Thursday evenings starting on Sept. 12 to Nov. 2, 2022.
