Project Management Networking Event Recap
We are pleased to share that on Wednesday, Nov. 2, the Barney School of Business hosted a networking event with professionals from the PMI-Southern New England Chapter. Joined by both undergraduate and graduate students, the event was successful and had great feedback from both sides. Students got to speak and asked questions directly to experienced Project Managers, as well as inquired about the journey to attain PM certificates.
Dean Steve Mulready, Assistant Dean Celia Lofink, Project Management Program Coordinator Vicky Luo, Professor David Stec, Professor Sumukadas, and Professor Berry welcomed PMI volunteers. Thanks to Chris Zack (AVP, PMI-SNEC) and Greg Gregonis (VP, PMI-SNEC) who brought this great opportunity to Barney. And thanks to Kerry Wills (Board Member, PMI-SNEC) who shared his career insights from the industry and discussed key competencies.
The Barney School of Business, in collaboration with the PMI-Southern New England Chapter, looks forward to providing our students with events like this one in the future.
