Payroll Winter Break 2022

Please note that the deadline for submitting and approving timesheets in Web Time Entry for the check date of Jan. 6, 2023, has changed. The deadline is Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, at 11 a.m. for the employee, and 1 p.m. for the approver. Please note you are able to submit your timesheet early, at any point up to the Dec. 22 deadline.

Any Hours not entered by these deadlines will have to be an amended timesheet for payment on the next pay period. Employees and/or Supervisors who did not submit/approve timesheet (s) must print the timesheet(s), sign in red or blue ink, and forward them to Payroll for payment on the next pay cycle.

The Winter Break should be recorded on the timesheets for Non-Exempt as noted below:

Dec. 23: University Closed

Dec. 26 - Dec. 27: Holiday

Dec. 28 - Dec. 30: University Closed

Jan. 2: Holiday

If you are assigned a non-traditional work schedule, please see your supervisor for any questions you may have regarding the winter break.
