January 31, 2023
Submitted By: Desiree Kleykamp

Lydia Chiappetti is retiring after seven years of dedicated service to the University. Lydia has been a rock for the Faculty Senate through countless challenging moments. She has been an essential part of the faculty senate. Lydia has also been invaluable to the Center for Teaching Excellence and played a pivotal role in organizing new faculty events. She supported our campus community from a position that is largely unseen and not always acknowledged. All are invited to come and express appreciation for her dedication to her years of service at the University of Hartford.

Lydia makes life better in 100 different ways every day. We will all miss her tremendously!
