NEWS: The Women's Business Center was honored during a ceremony in March 2017 at the State Capitol for having a significant role in supporting Connecticut women small business owners in the construction industry, receiving recognitions from Congressman John Larson and the National Association of Women in Construction.
In addition to the resources we have onsite, business information and support are available on the SBA's main website, at the SBA's Office of Women's Business Ownership, and at your local district office.
The Women's Business Center, the largest initiative of the Entrepreneurial Center at the University of Hartford, is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
