Use this form to submit items for publication in UNotes Daily.
Be sure to include your name and contact information in the spaces provided. Please note that, for all submissions other than accolades, your name will appear at the top of the article as the person who submitted the information.
Note: Listings for the University Events and UNotes Calendar are automatically posted when the space is reserved.

Campus News should be used for submissions that involve a unique occurrence, and that may be of interest to off-campus as well as on-campus audiences. Examples may include an upcoming lecture, performance, or exhibit; the presentation of an award; or the opening of a new campus facility.
Announcements should be used for more routine notices and memoranda that are intended for faculty and staff only. Examples:
- HRD notices
- Notices from Purchasing, Payroll, and Financial Accounting Services
- Announcements of internal workshops and training sessions
- Announcements of retirement parties
Accolades are announcements of noteworthy accomplishments by faculty, staff, and students.
News for Students should be used for articles that are intended specifically for students. Examples may include financial aid information, notices from Residential Life, announcements from student organizations, and upcoming events and activities for students.
Sports should be used to announce results from the University’s Division I intercollegiate teams, as well as upcoming camps and clinics, awards, and other announcements from the Department of Athletics.
Please note that you can write your article in Word and then copy and paste it into the text box below. Be sure to spell check your article while in Word.
Web addresses and e-mail addresses that are included in your text will automatically appear as live links.
