Posted 1/24/2006
Senior forward Kenny Adeleke of the Hartford Hawks men’s basketball team is one of five players featured in an article titled “Stealth Stars,” in the Jan. 23 issue of Sports Illustrated’s “Inside College Basketball” section.
Adeleke and the others were named as five college basketball players who deserve more national attention.
The story cited the fact that Adeleke broke Vin Baker’s school record for most consecutive games with a double-double.
Also on the list were: North Carolina State’s Cedric Simmons, LSU’s Tyrus Thomas, Denver’s Yemi Nicholson, and Arkansas-Little Rock’s Rashad Jones-Jennings.
