A Busy Summer for Hartt's Gabor Viragh

Gabor Viragh, supervisor of Ear-Training Studies at The Hartt School, had a busy summer of teaching and performing.
In May he performed at various jazz venues in Europe. During June and July, just as he has for the past 11 years, he was invited back as a guest lecturer to the following Summer Kodaly Teacher Training Institutes: Wichita State University in Kansas, Nebraska State University at Omaha, and the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.
After that, Viragh returned to Hartford for The Hartt School Summer Kodaly Institute. His duties were Solfege, all levels; Conducting, first and second levels; Special Topics about Ear-Training; Pedagogy; Philosophy and World Literature of Music.
