Travis Tucker, assistant professor of philosophy in the College of Arts and Sciences, has a paper forthcoming in a 2012 issue of the Journal of Ecumenical Studies, entitled "An Ecumenical Response to the 'Sunday-Monday Gap': Two Themes in E. Glenn Hinson and Teilhard de Chardin."
Hinson and Teilhard come from two very different religious backgrounds. The paper explores how, by utilizing process philosophy, the two are able to provide unique and ultimately complementary responses to problems associated with the "Sunday-Monday gap."
