Three faculty members in Hillyer College’s Academic Strategies department, Louise C. Rosenberg, instructor and chair; Barbara D. Wolfe, instructor; and George F. Blett, assistant professor, have edited a custom text, Reading and Understanding Today’s World, published by Houghton Mifflin Company.
The textbook, which emphasizes critical reading, critical thinking, and the research process, is being used by all Hillyer students in the ASB 111 Academic Strategies course.
