RPW's Bobbi Miller to Publish Novel
Posted 2/20/2012
Big River's Daughter, an American history fantasy novel by Bobbi Miller, MA, MFA, MSU, instructor in the Rhetoric and Professional Writing program, has been purchased by New York publisher Holiday House.
This novel, Miller's fourth book, set in the Mississippi keel-boating days, blends Southern folklore traditions with history in a tale of lost treasure, danger, and intrigue. The contract includes an option for a sequel. Miller's third book, Big Sally Ann and the Panther, is scheduled for release in fall 2012.
