Posted 5/4/2012
Two peer writing tutors in the Center for Reading and Writing (CRW) co-presented with CRW Director Pat Morelli at the April 14 Northeast Writing Centers Association annual conference at St. John's University in Queens, N.Y.
Camilla Stodolski, a senior psychology major (A&S), and Jessica Lobisser, a junior physical therapy major (ENHP), co-presented "Beyond the Center: Peer Tutors as Ambassadors and Stewards," in which they described the expanding roles and responsibilities of the current team of eight undergraduate writing tutors.
The six peer tutors unable to attend the conference are Kristina Cerracchio, Karly Deangelo, Kasey Mayer, Sean O'Donovan, Taylor Scyorcurka, and Christopher Stoyer.
