Kauffman Foundation Releases Video to Accompany Coleman Book
The Kauffman Foundation has released a “Sketchbook Video” based on the newly released book, A Rising Tide: Financing Strategies for Women-Owned Firms. The book is co-authored by Susan Coleman, professor of finance in the University’s Barney School of Business, and Alicia Robb of the Kauffman Foundation.
The three-minute, animated video, narrated by Robb, debuted on June 28 at the “We Own It Summit” in New York, a meeting aimed at increasing women's participation in high-growth entrepreneurship. In the video, Robb calls for finding ways to get more women into networks that will open doors to capital.
