Women's Basketball to Host 'Walk For Weaver' Fundraiser

The University of Hartford Women's Basketball family is coming together to support former player Amanda Weaver (Class of 2011) in her fight against colon cancer. The “Walk for Weaver” will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8, at the University of Hartford's Reich Family Pavilion.

Registration starts at 9 a.m., with the walk beginning at 10 a.m. To participate, you may register to walk individually or with a team. The cost is $10 per person or walkers can be sponsored.
