Get Fit with Zumba; Party Starts Thursday, Sept. 13
Come join the Zumba party!
Stephanie Hannon, owner of Work It Mom Fitness, LLC, and a graduate of the Hartford Art School, will lead the Latin-inspired dance-fitness program with easy-to-follow steps. A kick-off party is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 13, from 5 to 5:30 p.m., in GSU 331/333.
This Zumba program is open to all faculty and staff for four weeks free of charge. The University is able to fund the program thanks to a generous grant from the Cigna Foundation. If the program is a success, the University will have Hannon continue to conduct the program.
Come check out what Zumba fitness is all about. In order for the program to take place, a minimum of 10 people must sign up.
If you would like more information or are interested in participating, please contact Kathe Snow, HR generalist and wellness advocate, at 860.768.4668 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Let the motivation of Zumba help you work out and maintain and/or improve your healthy lifestyle!
