Cardio Circuit Exercise Program Is Back by Popular Demand
Human Resources Development is happy to announce that the 15-week Cardio Circuit Exercise Class will return this fall. The class will meet every Tuesday, from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m., Sept. 11 through Dec. 11 in the GSU north cafeteria.
All faculty and staff are invited to participate. The program is free of charge thanks to a generous grant from the Cigna Foundation.
You don’t have to be a participant of the University’s medical insurance program or PureWellness to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. Come see what everyone in the spring class was talking about. Let the motivation of a certified personal trainer help you work out and maintain and/or improve your healthy lifestyle!
You will have the opportunity to work out as a group and with a personal trainer. Stacy Edwards, founder of Xcel Personal Training, is well known for his professionalism and knowledge in the field of health, exercise, and science. As a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), he provides efficient training techniques, nutritional information, and positive energy. Edwards earned his bachelor of science degree from the University of Hartford.
If you would like more information or are interested in participating in this program, please contact Kathe Snow, HR generalist and wellness advocate, at 860.768.4668 or ksnow@hartford.edu.
Come join the fun! The more, the merrier!
