Russell Presents Research at Sibelius Academy

Joshua Russell, assistant professor of music education in The Hartt School, presented research on August 30 at the Narrative Inquiry in Music Education Conference, which took place at the Sibelius Academy in Helsinki, Finland.

Russell co-authored the paper with Hartt faculty member Warren Haston.  The paper is entitled “The Importance of Elementary Instrumental Music Instruction: Parents Voice Barriers and Incentives to At Risk Student Participation.”
