Cardio Circuit Exercise Program is Back by Popular Demand
Human Resources Development is excited to announce that a 15-week Cardio Circuit Exercise class is once again being offered this semester. Classes began Sept. 11 and will be held every Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. through Dec. 11 in the GSU north cafeteria.
All students are invited to participate. Thanks to a generous grant from the Cigna Foundation, the program is free of charge. Enjoy the motivation of a certified personal trainer who will help you work out and maintain and/or improve your healthy lifestyle! You will have the opportunity to work out as a group and also with a personal trainer, Stacy Edwards.
If you would like more information or are interested in participating in this program, please contact Kathe Snow, HR generalist and wellness advocate, at 860.768.4668 or email@example.com.
Come join the fun! The more, the merrier!
