Faculty Art Show to Open Oct. 30
The 2012 Hartford Art School Faculty Exhibition will open with a reception on Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Joseloff Gallery.
Both the opening reception and the exhibition, which runs through Dec. 16, are free and open to the University community and the general public.
The exhibition will feature works by more than 40 distinguished faculty members who teach in ceramics, drawing, media arts, illustration, sculpture, painting, photography, printmaking, visual communication design, and foundation studies.
The following faculty members will be exhibiting work in the show: Doug Andersen, Cat Balco, Marion Belanger, Power Boothe, Daniel Buttrey, Robert Calafiore, Harriet Caldwell, Ellen Carey, Nathan Carris Carnes, LeaAnn Cogswell, Jaclyn Conley, John Cyr, Steven DiGiovanni, Sam Ekwurtzel, Terry Donsen Feder, Susan Bogle Finnegan, Jenni Freidman, Mary Frey, Hirokazu Fukawa, Gilles Giuntini, Gene Gort, Walter Hall, Deb Kline, Tim Lawless, Jim Lee, Robert Lyons, Reynard F. Milici, Dennis Nolan, John Nordyke, Carol Padberg, Ruta Parker, Jeremiah Patterson, Chris Piascik, Natacha Poggio, Chuck Primeau, Jimmy Rhea, Kevin Sepe, Jon Sideriadis, Mark Snyder, Bill Thompson, Murray Tinkelman, Michael Vahrenwald, Matt Towers, John Willis, and Ryan Wolfe.
The exhibition will run through Sunday, Dec. 16. Please note that the gallery will be closed from Nov. 20–25 for the Thanksgiving holiday.
