Open Enrollment Deadline Oct. 26; Final Town Hall Meeting Tuesday

Open Enrollment materials were distributed to all regular full-time and regular part-time faculty and staff in early October. A personalized Open Enrollment Request Form was included in your materials and must be returned to HRD no later than Friday, October 26.

In addition, United Healthcare Enrollment/Change forms for medical coverage were included in your Open Enrollment materials and will also be required of anyone wishing to enroll in the University group medical plan(s). These forms can also be downloaded at the Human Resources Development (HRD) website, www.hartford.edu/hrd.

A final town hall meeting on the medical insurance plan options for 2013 is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 23, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., in Mortensen Library (KF Room).

Your cooperation in returning all appropriate and completed forms by the Oct. 26 deadline is greatly appreciated.
