Gannotti and Morelli Present at QUWAC Conference
Mary Gannotti (associate professor of physical therapy, Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, ENHP) and Pat Morelli (director, Center for Reading and Writing and first-year writing instructor, RPW, A&S) presented a report at New Vistas, the 8th biennial International Conference on Critical Thinking and Writing Across the Curriculum at Quinnipiac University on Nov. 17.
Their report describes the background, pilot, implications, and future development possibilities of PRPT 100, the first co-taught course in a series of required professional seminars for physical therapy undergraduates. Their paper is titled "Integrating Critical Thinking and Writing Pedagogies in Physical Therapy Seminars at the University of Hartford."
