New United Healthcare Member ID Cards Were Sent IN ERROR

United Healthcare has informed Human Resources Development that it released new insurance cards for University employees who enrolled in the Point of Service Plan (POS) effective January 1, 2013.  Please be advised that this was an error in the United Healthcare system.

Any employee who may have received a new insurance card should destroy these cards.  A full release of new insurance cards for all employees and dependents on both the Point of Service (POS) and the Deductible-based Plan (DBP) will take place on or after December 7, 2012.
