Spring Writing Contests Accepting Submissions

The Spring 2013 Writing Contests, coordinated by the English Department in the College of Arts & Sciences and generously supported by our alumni, are currently accepting submissions!

These contests will be awarding thousands of dollars in prize money to University of Hartford undergraduate students.

Prizes will be awarded in 10 categories, including best critical essays, personal essays, essays on American literature, short fiction, and poetry.  Students may enter in up to three categories.
