Snow Plowing -- Cars Must Be Moved From Residential Lots
The following email was sent to students on Thursday evening by the Department of Public Safety, the Department of Student Affairs, and the Facilities Department.
Dear Students,
We are working to remove snow from the residential parking lots on campus, and we need your assistance.
Over the next few days, cars must be moved from E-Lot, N-Lot, and the lots surrounding the Village Apartments and Regents Park, according to the schedules described below.
E-Lot
Beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, February 15, all resident students (and commuters or visitors) must move their cars from E-Lot (the lot in front of Public Safety), so that snow removal can take place. F-Lot (in front of Lincoln Theater) will also be closed.
Vehicles should be relocated to lots B, C and K. (See campus map.) Cars that are not moved by 6 a.m. on Saturday, February 16, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Residents may return their vehicles to E- Lot beginning at noon on Saturday.
N-Lot, and Lots Surrounding Village Apartments and Regents Park
Beginning at 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, all resident students (and commuters or visitors) must move their cars from N-Lot and from all lots surrounding the Village Apartments and Regents Park, so that snow removal can take place. F-Lot (in front of Lincoln Theater) will also be closed.
Vehicles should be relocated to lots B, C and K. (See campus map.) Cars that are not moved by 6 a.m. on Sunday, February 17, will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Residents may return their vehicles to N-Lot and the Village and Regents Park lots beginning at noon on Sunday.
Residents must return their vehicles to an assigned resident space by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, February 17.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
