Cheer on the Hawks in the America East Tournaments!

Cheer on the University of Hartford men's and women's basketball teams as they play in the 2013 America East Championship this weekend!

The men's and women's tournaments will take place in SEFCU Arena, located on the campus of the University at Albany in Albany, N.Y.

Bus transportation and tickets for Hartford games are being made available to students free of charge, courtesy of President Walter Harrison and Vice President of Student Affairs Lee Peters. Bus space is limited – reserve your tickets and bus space as soon as possible by calling the Hartford Athletics Box Office at 860.768.HAWK (4295), or stopping by the Box Office in the Reich Family Pavilion.

Non-students who would like to buy tickets to the games should contact the Albany Ticket Office at 518.442.DANE (3263) or order online at http://bit.ly/WEeJg4. Individual session tickets are $18 and $15.  Hawks fans who would like to reserve space on buses from the University of Hartford should call the Hartford Athletics Box Office at 860.786.HAWK (4295).


Hartford Women Play Friday, Men Play Saturday

The University of Hartford women – the #2 seed in the tournament – will play #7 Binghamton at 12 noon on Friday, March 8.

The third-seeded Hartford men will face off against sixth-seeded UMBC on Saturday, March 9, at approximately 2 p.m.

If the Hartford women win their quarterfinal game on Friday, they will advance to play in the semifinals on Sunday (March 10) at 11 a.m. If the Hartford men advance to the semifinals, they will play on Sunday at 5 p.m.

The men's and women's championship games will take place on Saturday, March 16, on the campuses of the highest remaining seeds.

All of the quarterfinal and semifinal games will be streamed live on ESPN3The women's championship game will also be streamed on ESPN3, while the men's championship game will be televised on ESPN2.
