President Obama's historic visit to the University of Hartford will be simulcast at various locations across campus.

President Walter Harrison sent the following email to students, faculty, and staff on Saturday (April 6).

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff,

I know that many of you were disappointed that you could not obtain a ticket to be inside the Sports Center for President Obama’s remarks on Monday.

In recognition of all of the enthusiasm on campus for President Obama’s visit and to allow as much of the campus community as possible to come together for this historic event, we will simulcast the event at various locations across campus.

Please plan to be in place by 4:15 p.m. in order to not miss the speech, as we are not sure of the actual start time. Simulcast locations are:

Wilde Auditorium
• Woods Classroom in Mortensen Library
• KF classroom in Mortensen Library
• Suisman Lounge in Gengras Student Union
United Technologies Hall, Room 320
Dana Hall, Room 201 (Mali I)
• Regents Commons in the Shaw Center
• Goodwin Café in Mortensen Library

Monday will be a great day, and I hope as many of you as possible will see the program from one of these locations.

Sincerely,

Walter Harrison
President
