Frederick E. Jenoure, Jr., special assistant to the president and university ombudsman, has been recognized with the Volunteer of the Year Award from the Urban League of Greater Hartford. Jenoure received the award at the Urban League's 2005 Black History Award Celebration on Feb. 5.
